Frederick Tanser, was born in South Kilworth on 1875. He married Clara Butcher in 1901 in Sheffield, South Yorkshire.

They had the following children:

• Mary Hannah, b. 1902, Sheffield, South Yorkshire
• Thomas Henry, b. 1904, Sheffield, South Yorkshire
• Annie, b. Nov 1909, Sheffield, South Yorkshire
• Jim, b. 21 Mar 1912, Sheffield, South Yorkshire
• Frederick, b. 22 Mar 1914, Sheffield, South Yorkshire
• Clara, b. c1916, Sheffield, South Yorkshire
• Walter, b. 1916 Sheffield, South Yorkshire
• George, b. 1917 Sheffield, South Yorkshire
• Jessie, b. 1921 Sheffield, South Yorkshire

Clara died in c1945 in Sheffield.
